About the Role
Salary Range $90,000 - $110,000 Position Summary
The Private Wealth Services Paralegal will primarily assist attorneys in estate administrations and drafting of various estate planning instruments. Must perform in an organized, efficient manner, and be willing to support the department with high level paralegal work and special projects as needed. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Included, but are not limited to, probate and post-death trust administration (including preparation of probate - pleadings and trust administration documents).
Filing probate documents with courts throughout the State of Florida and managing dockets.
Marshaling and obtaining values of estate assets.
Assisting in the preparation of federal estate and, less frequently, gift tax returns.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Exceptional client service orientation, demonstrating discretion and professionalism
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
Flexible and willing to work overtime when necessary
Education & Prior Experience
Minimum of five years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant in a professional services environment, preferably within a law firm
Experience supporting attorneys or executives in high-volume, deadline-driven settings
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
At least two years of legal secretary or legal administrative support experience at a mid-to-large law firm
Technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with document management systems required; familiarity with iManage and/or Filesite is a plus
